The Independent Film Collaborative ( IFC ) is a collaborative project for international feature film which will be directed by different filmmakers from around the world. As the first step, filmmakers will be selected from their previous works by the international juries. Top 10 "Best Filmmaker" Awardees will make the feature film which will be distributed all over the world.
